| The Altman Foundation
|
| The Altman Foundation was established in 2004 for the posterity of Ludwig Altman, its founder. On paper the organization exists primarily as a provided or scholarships and aid to struggling students in Vienna. Not stated on paper, the foundation tends to blooded as the recepiant of funds. They attempt to search out young wolfbloods who might be difficult situations (orphans, foster kids, poor and etc) and atempt to help them by providing housing, education and so forth. The foundation also tries to help see the safety of its wards.
Further, donations are now being made the Namenlos cemetery to continue the burial of the unknown dead of the Danube and to maintain the chapel there in honor of Corinna Altman.
The Altman Foundation is housed in offices on the ground floor of the Altman Arms building located on Wipplinger Strasse in CC/05.

|
| Established in 2004 with funds donated by Ludwig Altman, the Altman Foundation exists onto two sides of a dividing line. (A familiar state of being for those it benefits.) On paper, the Altman Foundation is a not for profit, non governmental organization whose primary purpose is to provide for the welfare and education of the Altman Family and at risk youth. In addition to this straight-forward goal, the Foundation also finances projects around the city that tend to benefit the city as a whole. Its focus on civic improvements and civil society as a whole is starting to see the Foundation's name popping up as donors to local charities or fundraisers, even helping to bankroll repair projects in the and around the City Center.
Any project of worth to the community might find assistance from the Foundation.
The truth of the matter is that the Foundation provides housing, education, and financial stability to the Altman family and Uratha and Wolfbloods in general. The Foundation's funds have gone to projects as simple as paying for the regular tending of the Nameless Cemetery to more auspicious projects such as the rebuilding of the St. Ruprecht's Church in the City Center. Wolfblooded children from places as far away as Israel have found a home under the Foundation's roof, and funds set aside for bankrolling the projects of other Uratha in the city are already beginning to find their way into the hands of those that require them.
Summarized into a mission statement, the Foundations purpose would read:
Offering safety, security, education, and support to the Uratha and Wolfbloods of Vienna, in order to provide them with the means to adapt to whatever their future holds for the benefit of the Forsaken as a whole.
Lofty? Inarguably so.
